One seat at our spring Wonder Valley Paladar, on Saturday, May 4th, 2019
Our seasonal paladars are leisurely communal suppers cooked over an open fire, a place where strangers become friends, all set to the backdrop of the beautiful high desert of Joshua Tree, California. The dishes will be prepared with our Wonder Valley olive oil by chef Jay Wolman of Small Trades, and served family style with a generous menu that will accommodate all dietary restrictions. Jay's background is working in landmark kitchens such as Diner, Marlow & Sons, Hart's, and King Restaurant.
