Handcrafted in Sonoma County, just a short drive from Wonder Valley’s olive groves, this salsa macha-style chile oil is deeply flavorful, with hints of smokiness and a touch of natural sweetness. The vine-ripened chiles bring a gentle heat highlighting the bright, green notes of the Wonder Valley’s extra virgin olive oil.

    Delicious

    This is easily the best chili oil I’ve purchased! It’s so well balanced without being too spicy for me. I’d say a 3/10 spice level. Definitely will be buying again!
