Shipping & Returns

Wonder Valley will process and ship your order within 3-5 business days (please allow 7-10 business days during holidays). Shipping charges are based on weight and destination and will be displayed at checkout. Please allow for extra time over the holidays, as delays can happen. If we are running a promotion for free shipping at a certain threshold, it will only be applicable for tangible items and for domestic shipping. 

The package will be shipped by United States Postal Service or UPS. Once your order has shipped, Wonder Valley is not responsible for stolen or lost packages, inaccurate mailing addresses, or unforeseen delays from the couriers. For International orders, customers may need to pay additional import fees to receive the package depending on the country. We highly recommend adding Route Shipping Protection to your order which allows you to file a claim in the unfortunate event your package is damaged, lost, or stolen in transit. 

Each product goes through quality control before being individually packaged to the buyer. It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect that no damage has occurred during shipping before consuming, applying, or wearing any products. It is the buyer’s responsibility to also contact Wonder Valley with questions before placing an order relating to ingredients for edible/topical products if there is any health or allergy concerns. Wonder Valley assumes no responsibility for our products application, use, storage or maintenance: the buyer is responsible for proper care and application. In no case will Wonder Valley LLC (our owners,  employees, affiliates, contractors, vendors) be liable for any injury, loss, claim or any direct or indirect damages of any kind, including but not limited to: loss of data, replacement costs, loss of money or any similar damages. You may not use our products for any unauthorized purpose, such as resale.  

Only one discount per order may be used on our site. We cannot retroactively apply a discount once your order has been placed. If you have put the wrong address or need to amend your order - contact us immediately. If the order has already been processed, there is nothing we can do. Wonder Valley cannot add additional items to your order or process credit card payments over the phone. 

Unsatisfied with your order in anyway, please contact us at info@welcometowondervalley.com. Refunds & exchanges will only be applied within 10 days of receiving the order and are only applicable to undamaged, unopened or unused products. All sales are final. All edible items are non-returnable. Wonder Valley reserves the right to deny any return. Purchases made with our wholesale partners must be dealt directly with the retailer.  For size exchanges, the customer is responsible for the return shipping - Wonder Valley will pay for shipping out a replacement size.
