This olive oil is so unique and a much needed staple in my pantry! Such a distinct finish that's great to dip bread into and even better on fresh tomatoes!

Love, love, love this olio on my salads, eggs, veggies and popcorn. Medicine for both my body and soul. The peppery hints of flavor are perfect with avocado …really, it enhances any dish, hot or cold.

I haven't been able to find the lovely peppery finish in any other olive oil I've tried. Olio Nievo is light and rich at the same time. It's very special.
