The extremely fine olive pulp we separate from our extra virgin olive oil is an overlooked byproduct of our annual harvest, brimming with antioxidants and healing properties. We've melded this rare olive pulp with mineral clays to create a detoxifying face mask with the dual benefits of extracting impurities and pollutants while adding hydration. The result: incomparably softer skin and a revived, clear complexion.

For every 50 tons of olives we press we only get about 5 gallons of this proprietary olive pulp. Like our olive oil harvest this unique skincare product is produced only once a year.

Instructions

Apply face mask evenly to clean, dry skin. Relax and leave on for 5 - 10 minutes or until dry. Rinse thoroughly with warm water or a damp towel to remove.

    I'm not a big mask person, so I wasn't sure if I'd enjoy this but it really is an excellent product! It pulled impurities out of my skin that I didn't even know were there. It left my skin feeling tight and moisturized too.

    Olive Mud Mask

    This mask purifies and hydrates at the same time, which is hard to come by. I have sensitive skin and masks I’ve used in the past leave my skin feeling parched and looking red. This mask is so gentle and effective - I have almost no redness (even if I leave it on for a long time and it dries) and my skin doesn’t feel tight or dry. Simply the best!

This unique, one-of-a-kind mask is made using a blend of our proprietary olive pulp, a byproduct of our annual olive oil harvest, mixed with detoxifying mineral clays. Each November, we press over 50 tons of olives, which yields less than 5 gallons of this rare olive pulp, making it a very fleeting, seasonal, limited product.

Olive pulp is a concentration of olive oil: all of the same healing, hydrating, skin-softening benefits supercharged. It is the perfect counterbalance to the mineral clays, which have a gentle pulling, tingly feeling as they help to decongest pores and extract build it. The olive pulp helps nourish and hydrate after this detoxifying process. It truly feels like a 10 minute facial.

Mud masks are made primarily of plant-based ingredients like mud and clay. They help draw out impurities and unclog pores, gently exfoliating in the process. They can also soak up excess sebum (your natural oils), helping balance your skin.

Traditionally speaking, clay masks absorb excess oils and tackle acne. Mud masks have more hydrating, healing properties. For our Olive Mud Mask, it’s the best of both worlds: the clays help unclog skin, detoxify, and absorb excess oils. By itself, a clay mask can be rather dehydrating and can make the skin feel raw, red, or stripped. That’s where the olive pulp component comes in to heal, hydrate and nourish. This ten-minute mask helps to revive and balance for a luminous, clear complexion.
