The Japanese text on the side of the tin オリーブの力 translates to “Olive Power”. Rice powder exfoliants have been used in Asia since the 16th century, hailed for their gentle cleansing capabilities and brightening properties. This plastic-free metal canister was inspired by a trip to Japan, a nod to the packaging of a chile powder that is ubiquitious throughout Japanese ramen shops.
Instructions
Mix a coin-sized amount of powder with our Oil Cleanser in the palm of your dry hand. Gently massage onto dry face, then add water and massage. Rinse thoroughly with warm water and dry.

The magic of this product is that you can tailor the exfoliation to your skin’s needs: apply more powder and pressure for a deeper cleanser or less for a gentler exfoliation.

Provides a deep yet gentle facial exfoliation to decongest and remove dead skin cells, revealing soft and radiant skin. So many scrubs rely on spooky chemicals and synthetic enzymes to shed material from the surface of your skin. Our Olive & Lotus formula is a physical or manual exfoliant that relies on the natural alchemy of plant material, pure olive oil, and the friction of your own physical touch. The particles of this exfoliating powder are very smooth to ensure they are not too aggressive on your skin.
We recommend dispensing a small, dime-size amount of exfoliant into your palm and adding 1-2 pumps of our Oil Cleanser. Mix together and apply to dry skin, gently massaging it in. If you find the texture too rough, try adding a bit more cleanser. Rinse thoroughly with warm water and pat dry. Our Oil Cleanser is the perfect medium for this exfoliating powder. Its thicker viscosity ensures even distribution and does not overexfoliation. We do not recommend using another cleanser for this.
The beauty of this product is it is customizable! You can adjust the amount of powder and pressure you use for a more gentle exfoliation. While this is safe for all skin types, we recommend patch testing first to be sure your skin can tolerate it.
You may notice an improvement to the skin after just one use.
When using our exfoliant with our Oil Cleanser, apply with dry hands onto dry skin and massage it in for around a minute. Add a bit of water to your hands, and it will loosen up the exfoliant/cleanser, massage a bit longer. Finally, rinse thoroughly with warm water, dry off, and finish with a few drops of Wonder Serum or Face Oil.
We recommend 1 - 2 times per week.
