Every year we work with a different artists to create the label adorning this special edition Big Bottle of olive oil. The larger surface area gives the artist more canvas to create with and gives you more oil in one bottle. The 2023 harvest Big Bottle is a collaboration with LA based artist Dave Bowers.

For this year's Big Bottle label, an annual collaboration for this limited edition, we worked with LA based artist Dave Bowers. We love Dave's work, which draws inspiration from nature and machinery. His work is characterized by bold colors and geometric forms, offering a captivating glimpse into his unique perspective, where the past and future seamlessly coexist in a burst of artistic expression.

    Delicious Salad Olive Oil

    Not only great on salad but also used as a finishing oil on many recipes. We love the zippy flavor over freshly picked lettuce from the garden.

    Love having this by our stove!

    I like the smaller WV bottles with the oil pour spouts added for salads or toast or other more delicate applications but this Big Olive Oil I leave by the stove for all glugging moments. The best. And this year's artwork is a sweet pop of color in my kitchen!

The oil blend is our signature harvest olive oil, the same that is in the black bottled Olive Oil and Picnic Bottle.
